Based on our Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in its 5 a.m. notice, said the Caraga and Davao areas would encounter overcast skies with light to direct rainshowes and confined storms.
It will likewise be overcast with light rain over the districts of Cagayan Valley, Bicol, Eastern and Central Visayas and the areas of Aurora and Quezon, Pagasa said.
Metro Manila and whatever is left of the nation, in the interim, will be halfway overcast to shady skies with separated rainshowers or rainstorms.
The climate department said direct to solid winds blowing from the upper east will beat Luzon and the eastern area of Visayas and of Mindanao. The seaside waters along these territories, it said, will be direct to unpleasant.
Somewhere else, Pagasa said, winds will be light to direct originating from the upper east with slight to direct oceans
